1: Daniel Boulud.
Daniel Boulud is a French chef and restaurateur with restaurants in New York City, Palm Beach, Miami, Toronto, Montreal, Singapore, the Bahamas, the Berkshires and Dubai. He is best known for his eponymous restaurant Daniel in New York City, which currently holds two Michelin stars.
After moving to New York City, Boulud opened the Polo Lounge at The Westbury Hotel, followed by Le Régence at the Hotel Plaza Athénée. From 1986 to 1992, he was the critically acclaimed executive chef at Le Cirque.

Anthony Michael Bourdain was an American celebrity chef, author, and travel documentarian who starred in shows focusing on international culture, food, and explorations of the human condition. Bourdain was a 1978 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and experienced several professional kitchens during his career, including several years spent as an executive chef at Brasserie Les Halles in Manhattan.

He co-founded the influential food magazine Lucky Peach in 2011, which ran for 25 quarterly editions in 2017.
In a 2022 episode of the TV series Finding Your Roots, it was revealed that one of Chang’s paternal ancestors was Jang Bogo, a famous sailor and military leader from the medieval Korean kingdom of Silla.
