Jordan Bernt Peterson (born June 12, 1962) is a Canadian media personality, clinical psychologist, author and professor emeritus at the University of Toronto. He began to gain widespread attention as a public intellectual in the late 2010s for his views on cultural and political issues, often described as conservative. Peterson describes himself as a classic British liberal and conservative.
Born and raised in Alberta, Peterson received bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology from the University of Alberta and a PhD in clinical psychology from McGill University. After research and teaching at Harvard University, he returned to Canada in 1998 to permanently join the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Toronto. In 1999, he published his first book, Maps of Meaning: The Architecture of Belief, which became the basis for many of his later lectures.

Before Diet
Jordan Peterson is an influential Canadian psychologist who practices and promotes a carnivorous way of eating that his followers refer to as the “Jordan Peterson Diet”.
An all-meat eating diet seems radical when viewed from the perspective of mainstream nutrition that promotes diversity and plant-based foods. But a wealth of scientific evidence supports the view that human physiology is designed to thrive on a diet of fatty meats.
Daughter Diet
Mikhaila, who grew up with many health concerns, began an elimination diet in an effort to enhance her quality of life. According to several scholarly writings, an elimination diet aims to remove from daily consumption those foods that are believed to cause uncomfortable reactions within the body. Once she began cutting foods out of her diet, Mikhaila eventually found that her health concerns went away when nearly all of those foods were removed.
